We have a shop policy at Dale's Auto Service:

Customers are briefed on their vehicle repairs followed by a firm estimate before any work is started. If there are any additional repairs that are required during a job, the customer is always notified beforehand. Dale's has very competitive pricing on all our alignments, brakes, tires and suspension repairs. Along with a fair price comes a guarantee that the job will be performed correctly the first time.
